There are many beverages to make yourself hydrated, one of which is khus sharbat.
It is green colored mixture of khus syrup and water ,and is prepared with khus essence,sugar,water,and citric acid syrup. Khus grass is an age old remedy that can help you battle heat stroke to significant extent.
Note:- We all have seen these grass while travelling from railways on both side of the railway tracks.
